Progress Report:
- Got acceleration/deceleration to work
- Multiplayer splitscreen works well
- Connected four Xbox controllers easily enough
- Switching gravity code works like a charm thanks to John’s help
- Created double-sided track
- Whenever a player falls off the edge, they respawn at the last checkpoint they crossed
• Got placement system and lap system to work
• Added neon lights
• Added particle systems
• Fixed lighting in a way that works how I like it
• Added arrows that show players which direction to go
• Added preliminary drifting mechanic (which will be prone to change)
Next Up:
• Random obstacle placement
• Music
• 3D Car model
