Ygritte
Ygritte is a Boss Battle game that draws inspiration from the Legend of Zelda series and Monster Hunter.
Features
- Different enemy behaviors based on the amount of health remaining
- Pixel art graphics
- Adjustable volume and UI levels
- Two scenes available: one for practicing and one for the real fight
- Occasional time-slowing mechanics
Ygritte is (probably) playable with a gamepad, but it has not been tested. Keyboard and mouse are recommended for optimal gameplay.
Character Abilities and Controls
- Walk / Sprint: Use WASD or the joystick for movement, and press Shift or X to toggle sprint.
- Shoot Crossbow: Left mouse button or A, with a cooldown.
- Shield / Deflect: Hold right mouse button, right bumper, or left bumper to raise the shield. Attacking while holding the shield deflects attacks with a cooldown. Note that movement speed is reduced while the shield is raised.
- Dash / Dodge: Use Q, E, or the Y button while moving in a specific direction.
- Melee / Bash / Stun: Left mouse button or A when in melee range of an enemy.
- Pause or unpause the game with Start, Select, or Escape.
